Request for Qualifications for General Construction Services
The Museum School is seeking a highly qualified general contractor to renovate the school's newly acquired building. The former Forrest Hills Elementary School (923 Forrest Boulevard, Decatur, GA 30030) will be The Museum School's permanent home. This project is the first of a multi-phase renovation of the entire 68,000-square-foot facility. The initial phase of the project will house kindergarten through fifth-grade students, providing classrooms, offices, media center, gymnasium/cafeteria, workshops, conference rooms, administration and staff support areas, etc. The initial scope of the project is exterior upgrades and repairs, interior renovations of 37,000 square feet, a new entry, and site work equaling about $1 million in construction. Additional work may be requested to occur at the school's current location on Covington Highway.

Request for Proposal: Financial Audit
The Museum School is seeking an auditor to perform a financial audit for the year ending June 30, 2012, as well as the completion of Form 990. Please see RFP for details. Proposal submission deadline is February 29, 2012.
